These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the content shoot services provided by UnGentle Sports Marketing and Media (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) to our clients (“Client,” “you”). By booking a content shoot with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Packages and Services

We offer three packages:

1. Essential Brand Shoot (£697):

   • 2-hour shoot, 20 edited photos, 2 video clips, 7-day delivery.

2. Professional Content Package (£1297):

   • 4-hour multi-location shoot, 40 edited photos, 5 video clips + 1 hero video, full marketing usage rights.

3. Premium Campaign Collection (£2,497):

   • Full-day shoot, 80 edited photos, complete video suite, multiple locations, VIP service, and commercial usage rights.

2. Booking and Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your shoot date.
• Payments can be made via our website
• Booking confirmation is subject to receipt of payment in full.
• On payment receipt you will be invited to book a creative vision call.

3. Rescheduling and Cancellations

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled shoot. One reschedule is permitted without charge.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the shoot or failure to attend will result in a forfeiture of 50% of the payment.
• If the shoot is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Delivery of Content

• Essential Brand Shoot: Content delivered within 7 days.
• Professional Content Package & Premium Campaign Collection: Content delivered within 21 days.
• Content will be provided digitally via a secure download link.

5. Content Ownership and Usage

• You retain full ownership of the delivered content for personal, social media, and commercial use.
• Content may not be resold or sublicensed without prior written consent from the Company.
• Content may be used by UnGentle for marketing and self promotion.

6. Revisions and Edits

• Each package includes one round of minor revisions for video content. Additional edits are charged at £50/hour.
• No revisions are provided for photos unless errors in editing are identified.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate details and objectives for the shoot.
• Ensure locations are accessible and suitable for the scheduled shoot.
• Secure permissions for any third-party locations or individuals appearing in the content.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.

9. Liability and Indemnification

• We take utmost care to provide high-quality services but are not liable for missed deadlines due to Client delays.
• Client agrees to indemnify us against any claims arising from the use of delivered content.

10. Confidentiality and Data Protection

• Client information will be treated as confidential and used only to provide the agreed-upon services.
• All data will be handled per applicable data protection laws.

11. Disputes and Governing Law

• Any disputes will be resolved amicably; if unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction].

12. Acceptance of Terms

By completing payment and confirming a booking, you agree to these Terms.
